How many people can I bring?
The boat allows for up to 5 passengers including the operator.
Do I need a boating license?
No, Idaho does not require a boating license.
Which lake(s) can I go to?
We will deliver to the following lakes/boat launch at no additional charge:
- Lake CDA – Mica Bay
- Hayden Lake – Honeysuckle Beach
- Hauser Lake

How old do I have to be to rent a boat?
Lessee must be at least 25 years old and all operators must be at least 18 years old.
Do I pay for fuel?
Every boat is full of fuel at the beginning of the rental. Boat has a 25 gallon fuel tank and is powered by a very effient 4-stroke 115 HP outboard motor. Feel free to refuel on the lake, or if you prefer not to, CDA Fishing will deduct the cost to refuel from your damage deposit.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days before the start of the term with no penalties and a full refund. Cancellations made up to 48 hours but no more than 7 days before term will be charged 50% of
original rental fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the term will be charged 100% of rental fee.
What equipment is included?
The boat comes equipped with 5 rods and reels, a Lowrance HDS Live 9 in. fish finder with GPS mapping, down imaging and side imaging, a Minn Kota bow mount trolling motor with foot pedal and wireless remote, a bow mounted Lowrance fish finder, rod holders and all safety equipment.
What is the cost to rent a boat?
We offer you the flexibility of three different options:
4 hours – $400
6 hours – $450
8 hours – $550
*$350 damage deposit is required
